Last night I picked fresh collard greens, swiss chard, baby red cabbage leaves, brussel sprout leaves, and arugula from my garden, then sauteed them with garlic, olive oil, and onions. Then I tossed them with lemon juice and balsamic vinegar. Soooo good.
